Hey Guys,

My business is growing exponentially and I need to add a ticket system to my site. I was curious what you felt was the safest and most secure ticket system?

Something Like Accord5 is fine but I don't think they have support anymore...

it can be paid or open source...

Thank you for you suggestions...

S.

We are using OSticket. Its free and opensource which means you can easily customize it according to your need especially with the designing part so it could be blended into any site.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know if they are actively providing support for this?

I was using OSTicket for 2-3 years and out of the free solutions out there it's certainly the best I've come across. My only issues with it were that it's somewhat badly coded, lacks some features that are considered a norm these days, and hasn't been supported by the developers for years now, which is why I've recently switched to Zendesk (paid - but relatively cheap) which I'm 100% happy with.

Just recently started using OSticket for a first time using a ticketing system, and already loving it. Free, easy to deal with, easy to customize its design, templates and etc.. I am happy with it so far for the purposes i need it

@brynon
Did you consider Kayako as well?
If yes, why did you choose ZenDesk over it?

thnx

I used Kayako (the old version) for one of my projects several years ago, but when the current version came out I didn't bother to upgrade as it simply looked bad, had too many features and yet was lacking some of the features that I was hoping for (don't ask which ones, I honestly can't remember).
