Hi everyone who is experienced in buying articles. What do you guys think is reasonable price per 1000 words, for really high quality articles. I mean original article, written not just for search engines, but mainly for human visitors. In this case its general health niche, nothing extremely specialized. Im not sure if the niche is so important factor, i just really need to start somewhere, Im not sure if such article is worth $10 or $100 :) Thanks for your opinions.

DISCLAIMER: I provide a content writing service here in BHW.

My honest opinion is that for $10, you can get a good quality 500-word article here. That's at $2 per 100 words; a common going rate for content writers here in BHW. But if you have the budget, you may be able to get better content.

There are some providers here like LostConnection (FINCOPY - check it out), that provide premium quality content for around $20-30 per 500-1k words (not sure, please correct me if I'm wrong LC). Based on reviews, the articles are flat out killers and you should really try it if you have the budget.

There are also others that can provide you a 1,000 word article for $10. But I wouldn't advise you to go with that. Unless you need content for your Tier 3 or web 2.0 filler content.

Personally? If I didn't know how to write and I had the budget, I won't be afraid to spend big $$ for great quality content. I will never, ever compromise the quality of content; and neither should you.

Search around, there are a couple of good sellers here. Check the quality, ask for samples, find a seller with a price point you feel comfortable with and test 'em out.

Good luck, OP! There's plenty o' fish in the sea. :)

OP, it really depends on what you want but I'd have to agree The Nix that $2/100 words is a start... Talk to the writers and see how you feel when you talk to them and about their samples.
There are some writers here who'll do a great job for $2/100 words if it's an easy topic... but expect to pay much more if you want a professional research and dig into details.

BHW Writers, hopefully, will correct me... but as I understand the price depends on the amount of time it'd take you to research the topic to come up with engaging and well researched content.

    On the bolded part:

Yes, basically how we value our time and skill. Oh, and the market also comes into play. Since, if you want to get sales, you can't really put up a price that no one can afford.
