I'm curious guys what is your top 3 list in black hat seo, I do not want to hear opinions like "you need to do everythng, becasue everything is important to seo"

I just want hear your top 3 things which you think are most important, and which tools you're using for it.

1 - Fail as much as possible, look at the data and see how you can improve on it next time.
2 - Try as many things as humanly possible, right now I am flipping from building millions of backlinks per day to building 0. I wish I had tried this years back.
3 - Take action, so many people just read these forums and never actually do anything.

IMO it is the time to come out from auto tools. Tools are required only for more quantity. but, nowadays quality is the main factor than quantity.

I can never see the point of asking questions like this. A whole load of stuff is important.

Asking this basically implies that you're only going to do those three things. Why even bother if you're not going to do everything that will help you out?

And if you are going to do everything, who cares what the 'top three' things are?

    1. Testing. The most successful SEO's don't look for advice on forums or sales threads. They test. Throw domains under the bus. Document everything. That which is measured, improves. Keep delays in mind - something you test today might not change anything for weeks or months.

    2. Reverse engineering. I don't believe there is a one size fits all SEO approach any more. SERPS are different. Look at what your competitors are doing. Look at what random niches are doing. Hell scrape Google and figure out what everyone is doing. Ignore what people tell you is working and look to the people quietly making bank.

    3. Spam. Since I've come back to SEO with an understanding Google was trying to understand search intent and cut down on spam. But I'm seeing old school onsite density spam and public blog networks rank quickly. SEO's sticking to their version of "whitehat" SEO can get slapped on the next update as well and in that time your little churn and burn site is making profit and is easily replaced.
