What is PIN submit?

    Just saw some offers that says "pin submit"

    what the heck was that?

    Offers that use text messaging via cellphones to send PINs. Normally ringtone offers, etc.

    Once they enter their cell phone number, they are sent a pin to their phone.
    Once they enter that pin into the submit the lead is generated.

    Actually the ones i've just checked out don't send any pin to your phone.... ;)

    They simply say Text "YES" to 8300, which could easily beused in a blackhat way :p

    Oooops hold on , no they do send you a text message with all the details too, sorry i was too hasty to post :(

    I wonder if it would work if you just sent YES to the number and didnt enter the mobile number in the form... probably not... cant imagine anyones going to try it and risk losing lots of money. Definitely see a possibility here though.
