what is offline marketing

TV ads, billboards, radio ads, and any other way of advertising that existed before the 90s

Offline marketing is another way of reaching out to people to patronize your product. It is the marketing strategy used before internet strike the world.

One of the ways is by distributing pamphlets. But these will become extinct with time as online is better to track.

Marketing in which knowledge and connections are important. As a rule, offline marketers are influential people with large-scale connections and are related to the top management of companies. But this is in my case.

People often neglect leaflet drops through peoples front doors. If you find a good provider they can do really well especially if targeted (type of house, area, commercial or residential etc.)

It is also often very cheap especially compared to Google Ads

One good old technique in the real world has always been hiring escorts or hostesses (dunno really in english the appropiate term), but what I basically mean is hiring hot girls to promote in a stand or delivering leaflets to the passerby's on the streets, perhaps holding cardboards , giving aways samples of the products, etc.
I would say , that method has and will always be a safe one.
Happy to contribute :)

Offline marketing is that in which we do not use internet for marketing. In this, we use offline channels for marketing, such as TV, radio, newspaper or promotional events

Offline marketing utilizes media channels that are offline the Internet in order to create and achieve traditional marketing goals such as creating campaigns and increasing the number of sales. The offline media channels for advertising include television ads, billboards, telemarketing, radio, pamphlets, and any other kind of print media.

Marketing is the art form of creating value in a consumer's mind for your product. This can be achieved through advertisement, consumer experience creation, promotion, and many aspects of business building. Intelligent price-setting, word of mouth campaigns, billboards, the smell of a shop, and all elements which affect how you perceive something's value are usually preset by a marketing team.

it means traditional marketing. Examples of offline marketing include TV and radio commercials, print magazine ads, billboards
