What is OBL of Blog Commenting?

    I heard many times about "OBL" words in blog commenting services. But I don't understand what is "OBL"? Please explain me....

    OBL stand for out bound links. It is count of links pointing to external locations

    got it ?

    now that u know what obl stands for, make sure tht obl < 250

    250 OBL per page?? I think that it is too much.

    That's definitely too much for a normal page.

    Not only will this leak the PR of the page (if it has any) but there's also the risk that Google will see this as part of a linkfarm.

    Yeah you have to be a bit careful of OBL count. I think 250 is probably an upper limit, it is high but lots of reputable pages can have a lot of OBL and I wouldnt go as far as saying you will get penalized for dropping a link. But then if the pagerank isnt really high then there isnt much point anyway. Try to find blogs around the 100 and below generally.

    The smaller OBL the better. 250 is way too high.
