Hi.. I just want to know if anyone has any idea what my domain could be worth. It's just a domain that redirects to an affiliate link. The domain has earned $4000 this year, and in may alone has had 4500 visitors. It also has good earnings the previous 3 years. Can anyone tell me what this site is worth if I ever decided to sell it? Thanks in advance!!!!

I valued mine on WorthofWeb. Not sure how accurate it is but it worked for me

There's no way we can give you an accurate worth from the information you've given us.

I know you want to protect an asset of yours (your domain/niche/ w.e) but in order for people to give you an accurate estimate, you need to provide details.

Either way, best of luck buddy.

well you can usually sell for x months of revenue or perhaps years but the number varies.

It's not even close to being accurate. You might as well just pick a random number.

@ OP - where is your traffic coming from? Revenue generating domains are quite popular but it does largely depend on your traffic sources and how sustainable they are.

Instead of opening a new thread for it, you might try asking it here since that would help you in getting a quicker and accurate price for your site.

It heavy depends on a traffic source and how long the site will be stable with it. Normally it will cost about 6K$ for this one. about 18 month worth of income

The main traffic sources are forums and search engine traffic. Im not sure if I would let it go for 6k or not. Anyways thanks for your reply! It was very helpful

There's a lot of sites that will tell you the value, but I find the number varies a lot depending on the service you use. It's worth what somebody is willing to pay for it, but based on the income you'd probably get 5 or 6k on flippa. Not worth it in my opinion if it's not showing any signs of slowing down.

How much would you pay for your site? A site is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

Well I'm not sure. I don't know enough about the web selling/flipping market to have any idea it could be worth. That's why I asked you guys since I know there must be someone who flips sites and knows the value of them. My site obviously has some value, because its a competitive market and the traffic is growing daily with it, it earns commissions from just direct linking. I'm just trying to find out what I want to do with the domain, if I want to keep it and start building a massive list (which shouldn't take too long to grow) or sell it and work on some other projects for the right price. Anyways thanks for your imput guys!
