What is Lightning Labels website using to choose variables?

Hello. I am trying to create a website similar to lightninglabels.com because I like how easy the interface is when choosing different variables. Does anyone know what they are using in the backend to achieve this? Thanks.

Thanks. Looks like they are using Magento. I wonder are they using that for their variables too?
