It would be rude to some of you and mods too.
But I am posting this as I am really feeling bad about this.
Sorry from the beginning.
I have been reading this website since September 2013 and have learnt lots of stuffs and earned a decent amount of money through the methods.
But now days in money making section there are about 2 - 3 posts everyday of people asking how to make money and some other things help me and i am a beginner.
Everyone is a beginner.
You need to learn and put it to work and simply you will get results.
an Yeah Google is god and search function of this website too.
These type of posts are putting a wrong face of the websites on the new visitors.
I came to know this as I referred a friend of mine to read this website and he said that this website cannot help me as it has got several posts of how to make money online and please help.
Please mods do some thing for this thing.

Again I am sorry for hurting the sentiments of you folks about our BHW.

I, am beginner, agree and its good, that you write about it.

You are always going to find new people who believe there is easy money to be made online. They will learn soon enough :)

People who think it's very easy to make money from the internet will give up on IM so easily and quickly.

I agree that the making money section is being swamped with "how can I make..............","what is easy way to make............" type of posts just lately.

Maybe a sub section could be created to move these to, entitled "I'm too dumb to search"

Other than that nothing much can be done, you will always get lazy people who want to be spoonfed everything.

I guess people get tired when they see the same question asked over and over again

It's always been this way, ever since I was a lurker. I occasionally check back on here, but the reason you don't see these posts more often than not is because those who are successful learn and then take action. This forum is a WEALTH of information. Read the great posts already written, don't focus on "help me make money quickly.." posts. They have always been that way, always will be there in the future. People don't want to take the time and effort to learn, they want to be spoon fed.

Life doesn't work that way. To be successful you have to do things others won't do. If you want to build a business, you have to work at it. That's how I view IM. I can only be successful by constantly working at it. It is similar to how I view my health, for any of you who lift heavy and have to meal prep. Constant, significant improvement.

Now, do. You learn more that way anyway.

Maybe we should contact Inspector Gadget to find out?

New guys interested in to IM and come here to learn. Its an endless process and we welcome them always.

It's always been like this, doubt it will change. Why do you care either way? It's always alot of fluff before you find that nugget of information, that inspires you to take action with a project.

It's cycle of life and death.
-Nasus..

hahah, joking.. Well that's how it is :) But, they will soon realise that easy money doesen't (probably) exists :P

1. More people in general are coming to BHW, so that makes those kinds of posts more prevalent and in higher ratio.

2. This influx of new people who don't know what they're doing should be inspiring confidence in the rest of the new guys who don't know what they're doing much either, but want to keep going and succeed, that there is a place for them and they can make it if they get to work.

some sub-forums should be open to only 1+ month members. -=-

That's a very interesting idea.

Unless I'm completely mistaken, and it could have been on another forum, I couldn't access certain sub-forums|threads or make a post because I didn't have the right authorization.

I want new users to be able to come and feel like they're getting value right off the bat, but I think everyone would win if there were new time & post limits to gain access or post to certain areas.

bhw is for learning yes there are lots of beginners coming but dont forget you were also beginner some day
yes opening new useless threads is not good

I have two ideas for this situation to cope up with or to minimize it.
1) BHW should start his old method of reputation.
2) Write a small thread or a welcome message to newbies that they should read IM Journeys first for getting a better start up.

This is normal for ANY forum.

Go to a golf forum and you will see people regularly ask what the best golf clubs are, even if there are dozens of threads about clubs already.
Go to a teenager forum and you will see young people regularly ask if they could be pregnant, even if there's a sticky at the top of the forum that lists possible symptoms and scenarios.
Go to a gaming forum and you will see people ask what everyone's favorite game is, even if it's been asked a dozen times before.
And yes, got to an SEO forum like BHW, and you're going to see people regularly ask how to make money or what the best techniques are.

It's just the way it is....and it's not the mods' faults at all.
