There is a problem with the payment card you have linked to. You can change a new payment method or use a proxy account directly to avoid this problem.

Try to use same card with your location proxy or ip used for the registration and it is advise to use residential ip to secure the account from getting resisted

If the card had been used before to make a payment for a previously banned account, using it to make a payment for another account will get it banned.
 
You should switch to another bank account or wait out the Facebook storm.
 
oh our account is still running fine no problem we think its part of the storm so there are some glitches
 
Why didn't you contact the platform's customer support immediately?
