I started a blog sometimes ago, I've been getting like 100 to 200 new visits everyday, all of a sudden today I just got over 400 and still counting, I checked where moat of this traffic is coming from, it's coming from Israel, what the f*ck, why isreal, it's a micro niche website and I promote it in so many ways, not just SEO
Is someone attempting a Ddos attack on my website or what?

This is not DDoS.

When you get DDoS attach, you will any traffic in analytics because your website will be down.

I use an affiliate program, I checked the affiliate stat, nothing came up, looks like someone is just trying to test some kind of bot on my site

Yes, after like an hour, the traffic stopped, someone is just testing a bot on my site

Most likely it is, just do not pay attention to this, someone may just parse your site. Work further ..

it could be if you posted some relevant article in israel, something like that happened to me, but then those users became regulars
