What is FTC regulations?

Hello guys,
i read somewhere about FTC regulations for weight loss and diet sites but i don't understand what they exactly do?
I care because i run an weight loss related site.

Its not just for those. Basically if you are an affiliate and you right a review/testimonial on your site you have to disclose that you are making a profit by linking people to the product. Nobody does it though, I'd like to see them actually prosecute someone.

Wowhaxor was right. Nobody does it. It's just another way for the FTC to grab you by the balls and let you know they can squeeze if you piss them off.

So i don't have to worry about that.

I don't think it affects international affiliates... only those within the U.S.

P.S. Mike F*ilsaime, as usual, was quick to develop a product related to any new buzz.. so he cameup with a new product called the FTC Too*lKit

...and is trying to convince us that the FTC can come after international affiliates too! So we need to buy his product to learn how to protect ourselves!
