I keep reading about various linking methods... and they all mention your "money site"

Well, what is considered a money site?

Is it simply a site that makes you money, and can be anything from a blog, to a sales page, to anything? Or are "money sites" something specific?

It's the main site that you monetize / sell you product on.

Your money site is YOUR site. Your presell, squeeze page, sales page or whatever it is.

This is the site you don't want to burn so you "protect" it with other sites that you don't care if they get banned. Sites like Squidoo, Blogger, Wordpress.com etc.

Hmm... so in my case, all of my handwritten blogs would be considered my money sites...

They all push affiliate products/services and I get commissioned when people sign up through the links. I don't sell anything direct to the surfers.
