Basically if you look at the distribution of the metrics of expired domains... I can find hundreds and on a good day thousands of expired domains like that. After DA20+ they start to get a lot less common but still not too bad and after DA25+ with good backlinks bow they are getting rareish. DA35+ is getting quite rare and DA40/50+ very very rare. I've got a couple of solid DA34s with high quality backlinks but over that it's like mining for diamonds.

The sweet spot is DA22-25 on the condition they have high quality backlinks. You will find 5x - 10x the amount of DA25 domains with no or spammy backlinks. Yet they are just common enough that if I need one I can find one within a day. Realistically they are the best target but of course if I can find higher than that I want to register it right away.

DA of 15 ought to be ur absolute minimum and I base that on having discovered a competitors PBN of 9 sites that were all between DA11 to DA19 though he was still ranking number one for a profitable keyword that has 20,000 searches a month in the target country. But like I said they are very common and easy to find though you can do considerably better.
