Hey for smaller websites with around 11 articles what do you guys think is better on-site SEO for the frontpage (wordpress)?

    1.
frontpage consist of 1 2000 word page with great on-site SEO targeting 1 keyword with great density and sidebar links to the 10 other articles as posts?

    2.
frontpage consists of 1 2000 word page STICKIED and 10 other posts below, deluting the keyword density but increasing the words on frontpage?

But in 1. the content on the frontpage never changes and then it should become harder to rank right?
Google want to see new stuff on your site, but with a static front page it's never fresh and new.

Linksmaster, even though the new posts don't appear on the frontpage I wish to rank?
It still counts as new/fresh content that boost the frontpage?
