Its hard to say which will be the most profitable for you without seeing the landing page you plan on using or the ad copy. You could use ?fly to the U.S.? which could seem like a very promising keyword and then have a poorly designed landing page and not have any success at all.

Ideally the keyword phrase with moderate competition and a high search volume would probably be the most profitable because you wouldn?t be paying a ton for it in order to rank and there would be a decent amount of traffic for it.

Keep in mind though that you aren?t just going to be using one keyword phrase for your adgroup. You should use a handful of related key terms per ad group with at least two ? three ads in each adgroup that are also related to each other. You should also have a very well designed and relevant landing page. Otherwise it won?t matter how much volume a phrase gets because people won?t convert when they come to your site.
