I have website for checking domains and I made my URL structure like folder so it would look something like this

    http://www.mywebsite.com/google.com/
    or
    http://www.mywebsite.com/blackhatworld.com/

But I saw fer "Website info" websites where they put everything in subdomain like this

    http://google.com.mywebsite.com/
    or
    http://blackhatworld.com.mywebsite.com/

I heard before that when u create subdomain for google that is same thing like creating new domain. So Is it good or bad for SEO to make so much subdomains??

It`s always a complicated talk when it comes to domains vs folders. It mostly depends on what you're using them for. But for domain checking I`d go for subdomain rather than folder, that's because your website might be used for testing porn or pharma domains, you wouldn't want a lot of website folders like http://yoursite.com/black-ships*-in-small-chick or whatever :)

But how can I block sites like that when I use subdomain. And what is problem if someone checked "teenp0rnvideos.com"?? Why should I be responsible for their content??

If normally say go for folder because all your link juice is on one domain then so your pages with rank from domain authority but I'm guessing you don't get many back links for this sort of thing so the relevancy signal from a sub domain might be a better choice. In all honesty I'd try and do a small test first...

Although folders would be my past suggestion, it now leads to dead, blank or empty pages.

For the new html5 standard just go with subdomains + limit the page forwards (/blank-keyword-topic/index..) after the domain.

Judging from my experience, folder is much better.

It really all boils down to the context and navigation system that you set up.

If you set up the proper link context both inside and outside of your website, then folders win hands down.

Of course you have to look at the big picture.

You can't just identify one factor and bet the whole house on it.

You have to look at what's going to be better.

You also have to look at the overall quality of the backlinks that you are generating.

With all that said and with everything else being equal, I would go with folders.

From my experience I can say folder is better for SEO.
Many subdomains from one domain can confuse search engine crowlers.

Actually it depends. I usually prefer Sub Domain rather than Folder.

If Seo needed it a folder , but for other uses sub domain like email or redirection it good.

    Example

not seo friendly but email friendly or redirection friendly
    teamname.football.co.uk

Url with domain and folder seo friendly
    www. Football.co.uk/teamname

Email to player at team name sub domain format.
    Player [email protected]

remeber sub domains take away the www, so they look spammy,
and there hard to get indexed.

but for a designing purpose see the website live there grate.

    example

    websitetest.football.co.uk
