As the title is saying what is the best company for popups and popunders.

Looking for a good paying and reliable company. Please share your opinions.

do you want to have pop ups on your site? or do you want to place your ads in pop ups?
 
And can you locate your traffic? The most traffic from USA,Asia,Europe?
 
Most traffic is from US and I want to publish them on my websites
 
yes traffic vance is for advertisers, Im not sure about using pop ups on your site, Ive only used banners, you could try value click media, or ad dynamix, they might have some pop ups you could use, and they are very legit for banners.

I believe Direct CPV has something you could use also, but not sure about that.
 
I have used infinityads but their rate is not so much, like 1.8 $ per 1k US.
 
popcash .net for popunder with good rates, pay in 24h, paypal, paxum, payza! Good rates for US, CA, AU and Europe
 
I use popcash for one of my blogs and it is great! Well its like other PPV, you need high traffic to get good money from it, but there are never down and the support is friendly and fast :)
