What is best method to get Legitimate traffic, except G and FB etc...

Hello all,
I'm trying to promote brand to my new websites, some of them can't be accepted by G ads, due to DMCA issues etc.
What is other Ads platform I could, I use, that bring me global traffic without getting scammed with bots etc.?
Does chumbox ads worth it

I meant Alternative Ads platform other than G Ads and FB Ads, I need other platform drive my website legit traffic

I mentioned in OP I can't create campaign using an G Ads platform because my site did not compliant with DMCA .

not scam one are not many. almost every company is scammer.
the best source of free traffic is actually reddit and pinterest. for paid traffic only facebook ads work but its needed a lot of money to get results. Like invest $50 per day minimum and test multiple ads with different intrests and verticals.
