I bought Scrapebox, and I believe it's a powerful tool in the right hands. I want to use it to it's full potential but I seem lack the knowledge for using it.
I've looked up some tutorials online and Youtube really helped.

The thing is, I need proxies/VPN.
I used both and VPN was better for me because it harvested links A LOT faster. And also because I find it hard to find good working proxies! Even when I do, they're slow as hell and I don't know why.
I even paid to MPP (MyPrivateProxy) for 5 Scrapebox working proxies and I just get error 407. It was a waste of money.
All other services are pretty expensive. And from I learned, you need at least 300 working Google passed proxies but everyone says you only need a few. So can anyone determine that once and for all for me?

I need your help guys, if you know good websites or services for proxies/VPN, please tell me. And also, if you'd recommend a VPN, which one should I use?

    Thanks in advance :)

Well it sounds like you want to do Scraping. If so the back connect proxies talked about here:

    http://scrapeboxfaq.com/scrapebox-proxies

are probably ideal. I used those very ones to scrape 1 million urls per minute from google using Scrapebox 2.0.

They could be used for posting, but private would yield a better success rate. For posting you can get away with only 1 proxy, but for scraping you need more. The great thing about the back connect proxies is you don't need that many because they change the ip on the back end every 10 mins. Its explained on the site above.

Like I said, I used MPP and they didn't deliver. I got error 407. I tried using SB 2.0 but it's clearly not a final tool. Or maybe I'm just not using it right.
