Inline Frames (IFrames) are windows cut into your web page that allow your visitor to view another page on your site or off your site without reloading the entire page.

imagine this : you get a piece of white paper and put it on the floor which is black.

now, if i cut a square in the middle of the white paper (that is my website) i will see a black square (your website). That means i have iframed your webpage :)

Just remember that the newer browser are shipping out with blocking 3rd party cookies automatically enable so iframing offers aint gonna work. this is the same with forwarding/masking a domain.

    Home Page:
name one of them (chrome????) which disabled 3rd party cookies by default?

I have seen NO single browser which disables them by default, incl IE8 under Windows 7 and all versions of FF. For disabling 3rd party cookies you STILL have to manually activate "private browsing" or whatever security options - so you can assume that 85%-90% of ALL user's browsers accept 3rd party cookies.
