What is Amazon using to dynamically generate pages with long tail queries?

One thing I've seen lately is how Amazon is creating dynamically generated pages to match up with long tail queries like if you Google: martingale dog harnesses, we see amazon ranks page one for this: https://www.amazon.com/Martingale-Harness/s?k=Martingale+Harness ---look at that url. Does anyone know how they are doing that? I heard SLI offering some solution so i'm guessing it's a product that is installed unless their devs built it internally. How difficult is it to develop internally? I've seen too where https://www.wayfair.com// is doing this too

maybe they are simply scraping google planner results.
when you have the keywords, building dynamic page shouldn't be that difficult for a company like Amazon... I mean, a $30 plugin like AAWP basically does the same

I don't see how aawp is dynamically generating pages for keyword queries? https://getaawp.com/features/
