A long time ago a tool that could tear apart a website and tell you what networks it was using to advertise was discussed. I forgot the name of it. It might have had the word spy or ghost in its name. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Do you mean to say a tool where the network is brokering their campaigns from or what?

Yes. For example, I want to get my ads on cnet.com. There was a tool that would tell me what networks CNET is advertising on their site.
