What is a safe site to register my blackhat domain ( hacking )

Please tell me where I could register my .com domain so I can stay safe regarding C&D and trademarks , its a fake site anyway but it happened to me 2 years ago and that registrar banned me I was using internet.bs

Any good ideas?
