I tried Goo.gl and they immediately kicked me out. I read the Bit.ly won't allow advertising.

So what link shortener won't mess up my statistics tracking at MaxBounty and 7Search?

If you spam your link and it gets reported, it will be removed by the shortener service, be prepared for that. It's true for all the major, well-known services and it is true for smaller ones too, i was able to find only one url shortener which didn't care about reports, DMCA and similar, but that site is gone since then. I was doing some extensive testing with maybe 100-200 shorteners, which worked at that time.
On top of this just as you said, most url shorteners won't allow CPA, affiliate links, many of those tracking urls (of the bigger CPA/affiliate networks) are blocked by default.

You can make your own shortener though, which is always safer and of course you don't disable your own link. :)

Does tinyurl add any of its own affiliate links to their shortened links like I read Bit.ly and Vigilinks do?

    New question on link shortening.

If I buy my own domain can I use pretty links to shorten only links to my domain or would it also be able to shorten links to the affiliate link that MaxBounty supplies me with and does all this redirection impact page load times significantly.

    BTW
if tinyurl adds no affiliate links of its own I will go with them until I can figure out the pretty link question

THanks for answering all these borderline paranoid questions
