I have been using epom.com and it's confusing. The website is not recording any clicks but my CPA company are reporting clicks coming in. I have 2 ad codes one for USA/Canada and the other for international. I enabled geo targeting with epom and my German friend can't view the ad. I haven't tested with a lot of people but with how it's set up it should be working in Germany. I even targeted Germany by itself and my German friend could not view it. I am at a loss. I am losing potential money. Do you know of any sites that will let me add my own advertisement codes and have it target certain countries? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you try to reach their support? It's superstrange, I'm using Epom too and they're more than great in terms of geo targeting.

You can try Adzerk, but I doubt there's something better than Epom when it comes to targeting. I suggest you to call their support guys, they available 24/7.

Faced the same problem, the only difference is that Epom came out as a best solution so far. I've tested Smartadserver, Adzerk, Adtech and even Zedo. Smartadserver was pretty close, but Epom won because of pricing and personal approach. I mean their support team actually listen to what you want to have and even pass your request to dev team! That's awesome. It's probably because they're young company.
So what I'm trying to say, you can check all alternatives I've named, but maybe you should bug Epom's support guys?
