Authorize.net is a great gateway.
Then just checkout their list of merchant banks. They are all around 2.2%.
+ about $20 per month. (+ other small fees.)
Realize that some banks have a minimum 1-3 year contract lease and some are month-month. But with a 1 year contract, you normally get no startup fee and cheaper gateway fees.

Authorize.net is a payment gateway only, you will want to look into something like 2co.com to start off and build some processing history.
If you are in the US you will have plenty of possibilities to find a good MAP like cdgcommerce, merchantplus etc. if you are in Europe there is as well WorldPay amongs many others.
