what information can see a website owner about me if they use stripe?

But if i am buying a digital product from a website, the website owner will see my name and email that i used to pay?check PCI-DSS , Stripe is fully complies with and don`t hold any user data. at least that`s what we know
Also we are a Stripe Merchant so no data beside the ones you have : Name Surname Email ..

Yes he can see the name written on the credit card when you enter it, its also being seen on Stripe Dashboard

They cannot see any of these information. But if you are thinking to do some illegal work, then they may obtain this information through proper routes.
