What are the rules for paying taxes on internet marketing money when those IM sites never send you any tax forms even after earning over $600? A lot of these sites are not even located/founded in my country so does that change anything ?

Without knowing what country you're from, its hard to tell you what the rules are. Here in the US you have to pay tax on all worldwide earnings with no exceptions, but most countries don't have this rule. If you can say what country you're from, I might be able to give you some advice.

As long as the company doesn't send your earning info to your revenue department, how are they going to know?

Again, we don't know what country he's from, but here you're going to get burned two ways:

    1) Lifestyle exceeds reported income, triggering an audit.
    2) Bank deposits don't add up to reported income. As soon as it passes through a bank or money transmitter you're going to get caught in the long-run.

Not saying it can't be done, but these kind of tactics won't work. It has to be sustainable and scalable, otherwise it defeats the point.

Usually you will have also the option to print them out, i.e. in Paypal in the profile section. But you still need to report that in your tax declaration to avoid problems later.
