Click on this link https://adwords.google.com/ko/KeywordPlanner/ and select "Sign in to Adwords" and then "I'm an Experienced Adwords User".
It just keeps sending me to this page: http://gyazo.com/bd257db94f3db63fbbb5dcee7bf7a7fa
Is there a way to get out of that page? At the bottom it just gives me the option to save and continue. Nothing else.

clear cookies, cache, logout and try to re-login to the keyword planner. I am sure that will work just fine.
