If you get banned by Google, what do they ban, the IP, the domain name, the full class C?
I never suffered an IP banning but
I have suffered site bans before.
Maybe some of the more hardcore
peeps will jump in here.
well i got temporary bans after too many querries, and i think they do computer bans too...cause people on the same ip could still use it
I know they ban based on domain name. I've read mention of some people getting IP banned but not very often.
If the domain gets banned from Google it's not the end for that domain however. If you have any skills drawing traffic from Yahoo or MSN then you can still use it there.
Also, the bans don't last forever...
Ok, great, thanks for all the super answers. I lease a VPS host and run many domains on it, as well as some for other folks. I'd hate to mess around and get their sites shut out.
Do you mean ban for to many search results or ban for a website?
Separate names with a comma.
