What free bot can I use to send messages to my followers?

Hey everyone!

I have about 10,000 people on my twitter account and I want to mass message them my website.. I been looking at countless threads here and I can't find a bot that will send messages to twitter users. I have seen bots that send a message right when someone follows me.. This does not really help me and I'm in need for a free bot that will message everyone on my followers list...

Can someone please direct me to a good working bot that does this?

I don't believe Socialoomph lets you message existing followers, only new ones. Just a heads up.
