Red meat and carbs. Most people that want to bulk up take protein shakes or creatine

If you need to bulk up in a few days Creatine like rugbyjack said. Its unbelievably fast. Striking results in 2 or 3 days. lol It goes away fast (but not as fast) when you stop. You also have to work out to make it work but the workout doesn't even have to be weights. Cycling, isometrics and calisthenics will do it. Probably not good for long term use but I used to use it plenty and I ain't deformed or nuthin. :wtf1: Better than play Russian Roulette with steroids (imho) besides steroids don't even work this fast.

Check the contraindications just in case:

    Creatine

Scientific names: Methylguanidine acetic acid, N-amidinosarcosine Efficacy-safety rating:
ÒÒ...Ethno or other evidence of efficacy.
    Safety rating:
●...Little exposure or very minor concerns.

Contraindications Patients with a history of kidney dysfunction or diabetes, or those taking concomitant nephrotoxic agents should avoid creatine supplementation or be monitored closely if supplementation is necessary.

    Pregnancy/nursing
Information regarding safety and efficacy in pregnancy and lactation is lacking.

    Interactions None well documented.
Side Effects Most reports of adverse reactions remain anecdotal because they lack documentation in well-controlled trials. The only well-documented adverse reaction is an increase in body mass. Anecdotal reports include minor GI upset, dehydration, heat-related illnesses, reduced blood volume, electrolyte imbalances, and muscle cramping.
Toxicities Research reveals little or no information regarding toxicology with the use of this product.

Beef jerkey u get in the packets at the supermarket. Also protein bars. Protein powder is good but I like bars because its less messy. If you just have trouble gaining weight then a weight gain shake will probably be the thing 4 u, or maybe just meal replacement shakes and have about 6 of them a day.

    Protein is what you need.

Lots of fish, chicken, red meat and stuff like that. Make sure to separate your protein throughout the whole day, the body can only ingest a certain amount per hour.

Consume a gallon of milk throughout the day until you reach your weight.

Have complex carbs, quality protein, good fat and sufficient anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals. If you want a simple food for that provides you with all these things, then they are nuts and that too not any nuts, have a mix of sesame, almonds and walnuts every day.

even dextrose (simple sugar) falls under carbs, but avoid them and have complex carbs with sufficient fiber like oats. If you like rice, then go for brown rice instead.

Many tend to go for hydrolyzed proteins and simple amino acids like glycine, but the protein that you consume should have all essential amino acids in correct levels, that is where these nuts play a vital role, they have most of the essential amino acids, which will aid in the every type of tissue development.

And finally the fat, it is important to consume daily dosage of good fat, modern science is saying all mono and poly unsaturated fats are good. But that is not the complete truth, there are many variety of MUFA and PUFA, and the best fattty acids for our body are present in sesame and walnuts.

Have planned food everyday, you will bulk up quickly and also stay healthy without any side effects.

This is a good start. I would be eating everything. If you are really skinny you should not be eating clean because you will never get in enough calories.
