What exactly is a stealth eBay account?

Could people give me some insight as to what exactly is a stealth eBay account? Also say if I was to purchase one for selling purposes if I was to link a PayPal account that I still currently use today but was once **blacklisted** if you will by eBay some 3 or 4 years back would it kill the stealth account?

A bit of detail with the mentioning of **blacklisted** PayPal account. Around 3 or 4 years back I had made quite a few eBay accounts that I continuously linked my legitimate PayPal account to during a period of time that I was so blind and stupid to not even pickup that eBay had blacklisted me. Each time I'd make a new eBay account it'd last no more than 24 to 48 hours before being completely terminated.

Sadly each of those times I had made those accounts I linked my legitimate PayPal account to them.

Man if you dont know what is it ther your place at least for Ebay and Pay Pal is not here.Please look-serach on the forum maybe there is some article about this if not please google it I m sure you can find the guide old i think but will be handy to you.

A stealth account is a new account under a fake name that will let you get back to selling. If you attach a "blacklisted" paypal account to this stealth account, it won't last long. Most stealth accounts include a paypal account with purchase, its best to use that one.

Another question if or when purchasing one of these stealth eBay accounts do they often come with a PayPal to go with it or would one need to look to purchasing a PayPal for use with it? Also say you had a stealth PayPal either with the stealth eBay or aside what would happen if you attached a bank account that was once linked to a blacklisted PayPal account? Would that cause problems or is it just as long as you don't mix a once blacklisted eBay or PayPal account with each other that is the most important thing?

everything has to be different from your last account. you're dealing with computers with a plenty of data that has memory forever. paypal will link anything related to your previous accounts.

Ebay and Paypal stealth accounts are designed to fly under the radar. They are used by people that sell alot of items on ebay but their accounts have been shutdown. You dont need a new computer for this, but you need to know alot about the technical stuff. These include the cookies on your computer, flash cookies, which are completely different. Changing IPs or setting up a VPN. Using fake names and addresses. Setting up a phone number, and email (DO NOT Use Google voice). Virtual Bank Accounts and Virtual Credit Cards that work fine can be purchased to set up your PayPal in full. Please take note that most stealth accounts dont last very long, and most professionals go through many of them.
