Take a lot of it or you'll be underwhelmed and repeat "I could've taken more".

They come to this forum chasing $5 a day. It's like drinking a glass of wine and thinking you won't want another one. Ahaha

$5000 a day is like 12 drinks.
$500 a day is like 10 drinks.
$50 a day is like a drink.
$5 a day is like a sip of a drink.

I hope you understand the equation.

So the more money you have, the less normal you become. It amplifies you like alcohol and drugs.

Look at top people. They learn and work all day not complaining. Who the hell would enjoy that at $5? Ain't nobody.

Regards

Equation:

Addiction Potential = (Amount of Substance/Money) x Desire for More

Explanation:

  • Addiction Potential: The likelihood that a person will develop an unhealthy dependency or craving.
  • Amount of Substance/Money: This represents the quantity of either drugs/alcohol or the monetary amount earned.
  • Desire for More: This is the psychological drive that urges someone to consume or acquire more, despite potential negative consequences.
How the Equation Works:

  • Low Amounts: Taking small amounts of a substance or earning a little bit of money might initially feel underwhelming and leave someone wanting more. This mirrors the feeling of having a single drink and wanting another.
  • Higher Amounts: As the quantity increases, so does the impact, mirroring increased intoxication or feeling 'flush' with money.
  • The Danger Zone: The equation highlights the risk of escalating both substance use and the pursuit of money to unhealthy levels where the desire for more becomes increasingly compulsive and difficult to control.
Important Considerations:

  • Individual Variation: Not everyone will react the same way to these substances or money. Susceptibility to addiction is complex and involves genetic, environmental, and psychological factors.
  • The Concept of Tolerance: With repeated use of drugs or alcohol, the body can develop tolerance, meaning higher quantities are needed to achieve the desired effect. This can also apply to a sense of needing more money to create the same kind of satisfaction.
  • Addiction vs. Enjoyment: It's important to distinguish between the potential for addiction and healthy enjoyment. Not everyone who enjoys a drink or strives to earn more is destined for addiction.

Conclusion (with a grain of salt):

People prone to addiction will chase higher sums of money.

By the way, speaking from my experience: Bugatti is trash car and is less comfortable than Toyota. So spending more not necessarily means you'll be more happy. But making and producing more? Hell yeah.

Old good black hat mantra in a new version. Nothing more...

Side effects of "black hat religion".

Here only $1 a day for collecting bottles. Job $50. Welcome to Poland kurva mać. I'd be glad to pick bottles at $50 a day...

That happens because we grew up in a materialist culture. If I had lots of money I would build a gold statue of Zeus to honor the god and help people grasp his greatness.

We were deprived as kids, so now we need to take back what's ours. :)

They call us "entitled" but soon they'll say we feel "entitled" for breathing air.

I don't care about money. Just comfort.

That's true.

In Ontario - Canada - glass bottle ( alcohol $0.20 750 ml and above, $010 under 750 ml) cans alcohol $0.10. Don't know about other provinces. But it should be the same. Where the plastic, scrap , or other recycling don't know.

Life is a scrap yard, you recycle content from memories, experiences, events, and new inventions from old materials, and subjects. Mixing up like cocktails.... All in circle like Pantheon World.....only few get on the top, rest still playing gladiators

I find money addicts who work all day every day to make money are more valuable to society than any other addict to be honest.

If you wish to avoid this addiction, its very easy. Go on a vacation, somewhere nice, perhaps where hookers are legal, or take your dame. This experience will be a reminder of why you're making money in the first place.

You will start setting goals of "retiring" early so you can vacation all the time.
