What domain extension should I choose?

Hey guys and girls. Just wondering what domain extension you think I should use for my site which is launching in january. It can either be .net, .biz, or .ws and I can't decide. You can see a preview of the site in my sig.

I'm open to suggestions and any feedback is appreciated.

Agree wit Michel, go for .net

I like your design very much, its pro. I can see you made it with the butterfly marketing script.
