What Does the scrapebox do?

Can anyone in here tell me what the scrapebox do? I tried looking at the sales page and the videos and I think im kinda understanding it a little but not entirely. Please someone explain it in a 7th grade level please.

When you explain please assume that I do not understand what these words mean .. Harvest??? trackbacks??? I don't know what scrapping is either.

Basically it automatically posts your link (url) to blogs on the internet and spams wordpress, blogengine etc.

I thought it has more features than that? So it's like a wordpress commenter where it automatically post your comments on blogs with your anchor text pointing back to your site, is that correct? Are the links do follow? Are they moderated?

Can't we spam blogs using Xrumer? Or is Xrumer only for forums?
