I have been into Pinterest lately and have managed to get over 4.000 followers in the past month. Today I log in and see that someone "sent me a pin".
The hell is that? Should I pin it, even though it is self-promotion?
And you can actually send pins to people?
    I'm confused, someone please explain.

On every pin, there is a send button that allows you to send it to a desired friend / follower. Like a private message.

So that means that follower can pin it and you might get a lot of traffic. Damn, didn't knew that.
