What does: "eBay Partner Network Payment Information Updated" mean?

I just bought a EPN account and when I logged into the email that was registered, I saw 3 emails with that.

eBay Partner Network Payment Information Updated

Since you are a super user of your eBay Partner Network Account, we are notifying you that your payment information has been changed.

I never had a EPN account, so what does this mean? That he changed the paypal email? Change the name on the account?

I would double check the payment information. If he still has access to the account, he may have changed the banking information to his own. You earn, he gets the money. Just double check to be sure.

I actually bought the account and the email tied to it already had those emails in it. The EPN is like a year old and never used.

I did change the password to the epn once I got it of course..

Just want to see if ebay might lift a brow because of all these "changes", whatever they were.

As long as you've already changed the password, I wouldn't worry about it. It just means that at one point in the past, payment information was changed.
