    Payout eCPC CR
    $1.25 $0.15 0.11%

    Conversion Rate - 0.11% is 11/100ths of 1% - 10,000 clicks on the ad = 11 conversions

No, that would be a CR of 1.1% or 1.1 conversions per 100.

    but it cant be
    is this right ?
    eCPC $0.15
    and Payout $1.25

and from each 10.000 clicks there are 11 conversion (leads or sales)
so the eCPC should be a very small number

11*$1.25/10.000 = eCPC 0.001375$ , is this the Formula for finding out eCPC ?

I believe your $0.15 is rounded and is per 100.

Perhaps, for the definitive answer, you should ask your AM at Azoogleads. They're the ones who ought to know for sure what their figures mean.
