What does "console free" mean?

I'm just getting my feet wet with some adult affiliate sites... Can someone explain what the difference is between normal signups, and "console free" signups? I have no idea.. it seems "console free" signups are worth slightly less than normal signups?

Hi,

Console free means that when the visitor leaves the site no other sites / ads will pop up.
