    I couldn't find the right forum to ask this question, so sorry about this. But I'd like to know how much this website would be worth;

Website is 4 n half days old

    Total page views: 16,613
    Total visitors 10,889

Total it's brought in over 4 n half days from 1 CPA network is $301.54

    Alexa rank: 4,2xx,xxx
    US rank: 1,1xx,xxx

    It's a .info domain registered @ Godaddy

The site is basically on auto-pilot right now, but doing all the crazy SEO promoting tricks would definitely help it out.

Any idea what I can get rid of this website for? If anything? Really new to this and would like to start some other projects I've got in my head.

    Traffic comes from;

    Yahoo! answers
    Youtube
    Twitter

and my link posted on the top websites related to my keywords and just other websites that people who visit my website post my link on.(little twist I put on my site)

Can't access my stats right now, but there's a bunch of websites where my link is posted on. All manually though, no black hat programs were used to promote the site. So if they were used I'm sure the traffic would go up a ton.

Hey could you pm me the URL too, I am intrigued by your claims.
From what you have said, here would be my general estimate:
You should sell a site for what it will make in 10 months, so...

    300/4*30*10= 22.5k

If you explain that the site is new, growing well with much potential, I'm sure you could get atleast 40k.

Edit: So I'd guess/ say let people bid for it when you sell it, for a minimum of 40k.

What's a rippahhhh? I'm pretty new to all this.

I don't want to give out the URL yet, cause I might have a bunch of copies for it and the traffic would go down fast, but 40k really seems like a lot, are you sure that estimate is accurate?

    Any other opinions on this?

without url and niche no one can say how much worth!

you can have a domain with lot of visitors but no conversions.

Is not all about the volume traffic, its about quality traffic.

Thanks for the response, will check that out. Do you have any idea what this kind of site would be worth?

The site is about a newly released movie, has the front page with just general info about the movie, has a content locked page, and a support page which has a little twist on it to get my site promoted further. That's basically it.

But so far in almost 5 days has brought in 350$ and has 10k+ visitors and 30k+ hits

Do you think that has a valid estimate? Says Estimated Worth $146 USD

I don't think you are going to get much for it if you can't show proper logs/traffic stats etc. Even then I think most would be skeptical unless there was something obvious and spectacular about the traffic....and they got to keep the traffic source.

It's easy to claim 10k visitors in 4 days and even show some sort of stat. The problem is that you can buy that amount of traffic for $5.00.

Well said. Its always QUALITY which matters over the quantity. I can even buy 50k visits for $10 BUT that would be useless.

    Well maybe this can help:

These stats aren't updated with November 24th's, but it looks like 24th is quite a bit more then the 23rd. I didn't do any advertising either.

For me, these pics don't mean anything. Please understand, I am not attacking you personally, just speaking in general. Here are a few problems with them:

    1. they can be fake
    2. traffic can be purchased
    3. the site could be de-indexed any day
    4. legit traffic sources can be turned off at any time
    5. if it is 100% legit, why would i buy it knowing you could duplicate it over and over and over again and either keep selling the sites or create your own and bump me off? anyone in this industry knows the odds of getting a legit winner in 4 days of launch is highly unlikely so there are too many red flags.

Again for me, i don't want to pay top dollar for a .info that is 4 days old and makes claims like this...there is nothing natural about it. That being said, I am sure there are many people who buy IM ebooks on a regular basis that would shell out some dough for it.

    Anyways.

Anyone got a rough idea what it'd be worth? Just want to get rid of it.

Just list it in an egay auction and let the market decide what it is worth. If you want a valuation but don't want to sell the site you can list it with a high reserve price so it doesn't sell. A friend of mine got his antiques valued for insurance that way. He said it was cheaper than getting an expert to appraise it.

I'm pretty sure it is impossible to estimate a sites true value with it only running for 4 days now....

Give it another month and then see where your stats are at..

No it is not right.... the way you figure out your value of your site is this.

Right now its not worth much, since all traffic can be fake, etc..

Wait 6 months, bring this kind of income for six months, then multiply it by 12 for fast sale or by 24 for slower sale.

That is it. And have really good G Analytics.

The fact that you "just want to get rid of it" speaks volumes about the true value of the site. The default $146 websiteoutlook value (for any indexed site) is more than generous in my opinion.

Lol, no offence but that is an insane valuation for a site that is 4 days old. You see a few sites like that go up on Flippa and never get close to a bid.

@OP - it would be hard to put an accurate valuation on the site, especially as it is so young.

Clearly has potential though, so let it run a few months and then look to flip it if you want.

That being said, you could probably get a few $k's if you are lucky and have some good proof of traffic, earning etc.
