    Hello great community,

I do not know how many of yours passes through this, but at least in my case I have dozens of sites that slides every day from google.
Even my competitors which was ranked #1 for more than 7 months, and climbed his website only through blog comments, he had the displeasure to see that his website slipped a lot since 2 days ago.

I see that Google begins to solve their problem with all sites that are climbed by spamming.
It is time to adapt to the new changes as soon as possible until not will be too late for our business.

The question is: which are actually the most important changes that we should to know?
I propose to emphasize together all the important things that lead to success SERP domination, adapting ourselves to the new Google changes.

For example, I see many links from YouTube and en.wikipedia.org which climb higher and which push down our sites.
On the other hand, I see some of my competitors with a very small number of backlinks, the backlinks without any PageRank and nothing special, but which are in the top 3 positions on very competitive keywords from my niche.

I'll follow closely and yours experiences for that I will ask to write them in that open thread.

    Many thanks!

Links from private blog networks. I plan to build my own blog network of probably 1000 blogs on different class c ips. So far I calculated that cost to support it will be probably $5k per month. But I see many many websites come to front pages for many competitive keywords using such links. Google can't tell that all these blogs are owned by the same person if you use unique content. And as I see it links from index pages even if they are pr0 cary a lot of weight.

I have over 100 private sites with 100 Different C classes of IPs and the different nameservers for each domain name.

This month, my network of sites has reached a year.

However, I promote some sites on the entire network, and not see the big differences in the SERP.
It would be to release another 850 of sites this year, and next year I think I will see a major difference.

But costs such a network of sites are huge.

The only constant with the search engines is change. If you expect your rankings to stay where they are, just because you want them to, you are in for a bumpy ride. Just keep creating more content and more links...and float your boats on the rising tide.

I agree with you here, but I speak from the perspective of the webmaster who does not sleep all the nights to put the backlinks to one of his based website.

I work at this site for 3 months constantly. My site gets at least 300 live comments daily. And yet, it is not the only site for which I work every day to put the backlinks.

Currently, the base site has over 320,000 of live comments. However, he slip from day to day more, Instead to climb as would be normal.

    Here's a serious problem with Google's changes.
I would not be open this thread if I was a lazy and expected to fall from heaven the backlinks for my website. ( I'm new only in this community, but I promote the sites from the 2006) And I work hard on my network of sites, and I see a real change in the SERP which unfortunately is not that good.

ive seen this as well, i put a load of links up for a site with scrapebox,

before this it was climbing google about 1 page every few days, then it just disapeared, and it is not the google dance, the google dance usually lasts 2-3 days or whatever, but the site has just disapeared for a long time, so i dont know if putting up spam links sets off a trigger that gets the site delisted completely and permanently.

the problem with you is....you depend on blog comments. If i were you, i would do linkpush, SENuke, AMR, and join article syndication sites (high quality ones) and do SB and Xrumer only on these tier 1 and tier 2 sites (instead of directly to money site). That way, your site will last longer at the top

My sites have been slipping too. It's not only him that it's happening to. A couple of my websites have slipped even though I have used AMR and Xrumer on them. This ain't a Google dance... it's happened across the board on all my websites.

    Fuck Google.

It is just an effect of the panda updates . the global picture of backlinking is still the same but few things changes . for instance the same article being submitted to all the article directories is now considered to be spam so you will need to rewrite before submitting to each directory and that s just one of the tricks :)

    Hey there my friend,

It's sad to see your site falling down the ranks. I have been actively carrying out linkpushing to my money site, with amr and sb and they have been doing pretty well.

My first site, to which I employed SEO services when I started out, have been slipping pretty well, but they did article marketing campaign to my site as well. I later discovered that the articles they spun werent all that great - or unique.

Anyway, if you would diversify your seo a little to include linkpush + aricle marketing, and see if you'll have some positive changes to your site. Good luck!

google is gonna catch up with the blogs, profile links and devalue them so soon they gonna give less link juice the article directory links from the top sites are still gonna keep their link juice for a while black hat is gonna get harder unless some new methods are found.

Spamming still works, you just have to mix it up. Profiles, comments, articles, bookmarks, etc. I have several sites with multiple keywords on page 1, with 25-50million competition, and they're only improving every day. Quality links do matter though, and I admit that getting to #1 will still take a lot of work.
