    So, hello!

I have been doing Twitter and AdSense for some time now and its okayish. Now I am trying to move onto something a bit better.

I have been thinking on giving users some super simple opt-in page with just an e-mail submit form and nothing else and some engaging tweet explaining why the fuck would I need their e-mail. I have never done anything like this before (e-mailing and opt-ins) as I though they are really hard in term of getting e-mails.

What do you think how would average twitter user behave with this? Would he submit his e-mail and so on?

Would simple opt-in page even work?

They want something out of opting in to that email list. Give them a e-book, guide or something else that they would be interested in?

I was thinking of something like a fake lottery lol or a giveaway. I would "randomly" select one of my twitter account as the winner haha...

Give your subscribers some value and they will return the favor. I used to trick people to join email lists, when I was 10. After a year I contacted this company and asked if they would be able to sponsor me with some coupons - they were willing to do so. I offered 5 coupons for anyone that opted in and the result was great.

Sucks that I was like 11-12 years and didn't understand that the email list could be useful in terms of money. I used it to get people to add me on PS3 or Runescape, lol.
