    Hey guys,

Me again with an awesome question :p

I am planning to build this silo site in this 1yo domain i bought some time past year.

The domain literally only has the 1 year old.

It has no backlinks and yes, it is indexed somehow xD

I bought this domain last year as I was with the adult/dating stuff and I needed a domain to redirect the traffic. Though it didn't work for me, the domain name is quite interesting as it doesnt "inspire" anything of adult/dating stuff, so pretty cool domain.

Out from that, what do you think?

Do you think it might work as an aged domain with good backlinks? Will Google treat this domain as a "real" aged domain?

The main difference between aged domains is their park status. If they have been parked for months (or years) that's is gonna be a problem, expecially if you just reactivated them to build an ok website. If you plan to use aged domains (that are parked) my tip is to unpark them (by adding an unique index.html or an entire cms) months before using them

Well, this domain wasn't parked as I had a very simple html file in there. It was indexed and all, but it was left like that.
NO backlinks, no social signals, basically a domain that's clean and soft as a baby's ass :D

It may have a slight advantage over a brand new domain. It's nothing like an aged domain with aged backlinks because there's no links...

I age most of my domains several months at least, but only because I'm slow at starting these projects.

If the name is really good as you say it is, why don't you sell it to the domain brokers?

Im thinking for the long run, THOUGH im also thinking of creating a subdomain and send spam to it then 301 redirect the subdomain to a churn and burn site. This way I get the benefit of a site and a 301 redirect.

    What do you think?

I would really prefer to build a site and see how it goes :)

Terrible idea. I think it's realistic for us to assume from experience that every gimmicky exploit/method will either be devalued or penalized in the next few major updates, so within the next year, besides being at constant risk of a manual penalty.

Either do legit or churn it and burn it but if you try legit with hardcore gimmicks on the side, that's just sloppy.

Awesome, then I will use this domain for hosting a site and i'll get another domain to 301 redirect.
