Spam is spam dude. I don't know where you are trying to go with it but it's certainly doesn't sound like it is going in the right direction.

I love teh spams! I do it and it works pretty well. Converting at about 0.5% right now. As for ethics, it's a little on the dirty side, but I believe its less intrusive than other unsolicited methods. It's easy just to not read or delete an email.

The only thing is be careful. You screw with the wrong person and they will come after you. I read a article about some guy that sues people for a living for any spam emails that he receives. You better hope your crap doesn't land in his email. :p

I believe it's illegal. And you're talking about spam, spam doesn't convert well. What's your point?

Why on earth does anyone think that spam mails are illegal. Have any of you ever actually read the CAN-SPAM act? Instead of taking someone else's word for it, read it for yourself. And yes it does convert well, as said above I'm converting at about half a percent, which is pretty good considering the volume.

@Swiss: You obviously don't know what your talking about...

I know people who convert 1% or higher. There's a lot of factors that play into it. Don't make statements when you don't have a f|_|cking clue about the subject!

... The next time you think SPAM "DOESN'T WORK" ask the Russian Billionaires. lol I think they would sincerely disagree.

FACT: The USA has SOME of the strictest spam laws... The USA is the world's largest producer of spam. Yes, even more than Russia *gasp*.

There's no need to freak out and swear, you're not going to be successful with anyone like that. and spam does not convert well.

here in germany there is the word "abmahnung". if someone get spammed he is allowed to say "eyo fuck you" and take 150-300€ from you. thats the fucked up law of germany :D so ill do it with privacy. anonymus internet connection and no links to my own domains ;)

1 million spammails with 1% conversion and 20€ per lead would give me 200000€ haha :D
do you have any program/script to send that much mails? i have lists about 100k each x)

There's a place in hell for spammers, just in there between child molesters, and The French.
