I own a company selling gun/airsoft/paintball parts and accessories. I believe Facebook is a good way to promote new products for the brand. I originally was going to try Instagram, but that seems to work better for CPA. Here is my plan: 1. I use my personal facebook to join many gun groups that I know are ready to spend money. So "Southern Guns Buy / Sell / Trade", "NorthWest Gun Exchange". That sort of thing. I then add 5000 people from those different groups to my friends list. 2. I create a page like "Guns and Gear" where I will post pictures and news about guns and accessories to gain likes and a following. At the same time I will make my own group such as "Maine Gun Buy / Sell / Trade" 3. I invite all of my friends to those, pages, some join some dont. 4. I clear out my 5000 Facebook friends, and repeat from step 1. Around this time I can start employing facebook ads to get a solid following. 5. At this point people should be buying/selling on my group, and should be engaged to my page that posts news and pictures. I will begin posting a few advertisements for my own company on both of these pages. 6. Scale and create more and more groups for different areas of the country. ("Maine Gun Exchange, Louisiana Gun Exchange, etc") How does this sound? I want to be clear, I am NOT trying to make money via facebook. My #1 source of income is my real brand and my real company. I am just trying to make the most out of Facebook for advertising purposes. Of course I will also use both of these pages to link to my Company brand page.
