What do you think about Google "product reviews algorithm update"?

Few questions.

1. Product Reviews and GMB reviews are the same?
2. Do you noticed any changes with review postings - any delay or high level filtering after april 8, 2021

One of the services that I used before for GMB reviews mentioned that "Due to this update, the reviews would not get live in time. "

Your thoughts?

all my GMB reviews are not stick since 15.04. - big problems..... with proxies, no cookies, etc...
