Hi Guys,

Hopefully, all have been doing great enough here.

I need your a little suggestion about review based affiliate sites (Mainly, promoting digital products)

So far, I go with general review in my affiliate site and never tried personal review ever.

I am just planning to go with personal review, if it works much better -- anyone have had great experience?

You could go a more personal way, to build trust between you and the costumer, you should add an About me Widget in the Sidebar if you choose this path. It will definitely work but be sure to make the whole site fit the theme of the product and make it professional.
I am currently running 2 sites and I have a more authority approach on them. For instance, my reviews are not personal based, they are general, well written reviews, and I am promoting the sites as authority experts on that field. So, I add a Facebook page widget in the sidebar to build that sense of authority. Definitely try experimenting for yourself and you will se what works and what doesnt. Good Luck

From my experience those sites/articles work/convert best when it comes to review kind of articles which are both personal enough but professional at the same time. You should definitely create a persona who for this or that reason knows a lot about the given topic (e.g. lawn mower reviews - I work for a lawn mower repair business). So, the articles should have some personality added to it (which matches the persona) but they should be professional, too.

Appreciate for your personal input here.

Forgot to tell you, we are promoting all the health related products, so site/blog is general.

I just want to know, which works better in general based site, personal or general sense review?
