What do you need from someone who signs your NDA?

    So assuming you send over an NDA, and they sign it. What other info would you get along with that? Get them to scan in their own personal identification to go along with the signature, etc?

    Sure. You need to verify that the person signing is the real person. So scanned ID makes sense. But you need to make sure you have the right to handle that information according to your local legislation. So you shouldn't really be asking us, but a lawyer. A lawyer would make sure that your NDA is iron-clad, otherwise, it might be an almost worthless document that doesn't protect you as much as you were hoping it did.
